NEWS FROM THE BOARD:  We will start selling our Draw Down tickets for May 5th this month.  All members are encouraged to purchase one or more to help benefit the club.  The past 2 events have been very successful.  In the past we have limited sales to 120 tickets.  This year we would like to sell 150.  With your help we can.  The monies raised will help to repair our pool and pay off the tractor we purchased last year.  This is the biggest event we have each year.  It is a great evening of fun and games for club members only.  Someone will win!!

When using the golf course please sign in each time you play.  All members are asked to help police our course and help the Board to identify members who bring guests to play who don’t pay green fees.  Any member wishing to volunteer to work in the Pro Shop or on the course please see Renee and Jeff.  Any members with comments or suggestions are asked to contact Board members at any time.  We need your help to ensure the success of our club.

Thanks,

Keith Futrell

Board President

PRO SHOP NEWS:  It has come to our attention that numerous cigar and cigarette butts are being found scattered about the golf course and greens.  Let’s dispose of these in the proper places and not use the course for an ashtray.

We also ask that you not park your golf carts in the T area of the driving range so that the grass can have a chance to fill back in.

The bathrooms on the golf course will be open for the season on April 1st.

Due to new sod being put on the greens, the following holes will be closed until further notice:  #3, #7, #12, #13.  Thank you.

We are receiving numerous complaints concerning large groups on the course.  Please observe the rules governing this policy.  Golfing groups of more than 5 players are not permitted on weekends.  Golfing groups of more than 6 players are not permitted on weekdays.
