NEWS FROM THE BOARD:

We want to thank everyone who attended our membership meeting on November 14.  We had many good ideas and suggestions to help formulate what we propose in January.

Although we had a good turnout we felt we should further canvas the membership through a short questionnaire.  It is very important that we hear from you.  If you have not yet returned the short surveys please do so as quickly as possible.  We also mailed approximately 70 ex-members who may want to consider getting back into the club. 

Happy Hour in December - Since we have a policy of no happy hour during club rentals and Christmas parties, we will be adjusting our happy hour in December to the following days and times:  6:00-7:00PM on December 3, 7, 14, 17, 22, 29.

In January we will begin a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday happy hour from 6:00-7:00PM.

Annual Meeting – The annual membership meeting will be January 17 at 6:30PM.  We encourage everyone to attend as some important decisions will be made at this meeting.

Board Nominations – The Board has nominated 4 people to take the three open positions on the Board.  They are Carol Kerns, Bill Covert, Chris Couch, and Paul Carr.  You will be voting for three of these people to fill the departing Board positions of:  John Jackson, John Johnson, and Melissa Davis.

The restaurant will be offering daily specials during the month.  Please call ahead to see what is on the menu for that night.  Our “specials” have been rated “very good” by the ones who have tried them.

New Years Eve – There will be a New Years Eve party December 31, 8:30-12:30PM.  This is free to all members and their guests.  Please come out and bring in the New Year with Us!
