NEWS FROM THE BOARD:

We will be having a general membership meeting on Monday, November 14, at 6:30.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the dues structure and money’s needed to run the club in 2006.  This meeting is 2 months from our regular annual meeting and it will give us needed discussion about various types of memberships, such as Social; Golf; Junior; etc.

 This is a financial meeting with our fee structure to be decided.  We stand at 236 members at this bulletin printing.  It is crucial that all members be present to voice your opinion and help in the discussion.  We will have some drink special following the meeting.

 We ask that everyone please keep the course clean.  We have noticed much litter around.  Please help keep the grounds clean.

 We appreciate the work the LGA is doing on our bathrooms.  They have taken on this project to help beautify the course.  We thank them for their work.

 We will be running a Saturday night special in the bar for all Saturdays in November.  From 5:00PM to Close on Saturday nights all well drinks will be $1.50.  Please come out and enjoy.

 Beginning in November, we are adjusting the hours in the bar to open at 4:00PM each day during the week.

 We continue to monitor our guest books on a regular basis and send letters to Randolph County guests who have visited our club either more than three times in three years as the rule states or when recently dropped members continue to be signed in.  Members please understand if you sign in Randolph County guests past their limit they are subject to not being served.

 We are now going to Winter T’s on the greens.  Please use the T markers that are in place in front of the T boxes.

 The bathrooms are now closed for the winter months.
